Welcome to Full River Fabrication, formerly known as Rough Around the Edges, first established in 2012.  We are a family owned and operated business located in Northeast Iowa.

We are very passionate about every single order that goes out our door, and we strive towards excellent customer service and quality products! We offer a wide variety of services and products ranging from steel/horseshoe art and décor, CNC Plasma Cutting (customs and short run production), custom designs and fabrication, welding and repair, custom signage (commercial and personal), powder coating and custom finishes, and custom marquees. Wholesale and large run production inquiries are welcomed.

Chelsi Rosonke

Chelsi found her calling when she took a high school shop class. She fell in Love with welding and fabrication and continued her education at a trade school in Fort Collins, Colorado.  

Chelsi grew up in Colorado on a small horse ranch. Her passion of training horses, painting and welding has grown into the successful business she shares today with her husband, Ben.

As co-owner of the business, Chelsi handles the marketing, advertising and social media. She also works in the design process, paint and powder coating and finishing of the products. She also continues to work outside of the home TIG welding at a local company. Chelsi enjoys being able to provide these products and services to her community. ​

Ben Rosonke

Ben is an Iowa native who moved to Colorado after graduation. He worked in the Oil and Gas Industry for 4 years. Ben met Chelsi in 2007 and 2 years later they moved back to Iowa

Ben has worked for a local welding shop for 10 years and is known in the community for his fabrication skills. When Ben is presented with an opportunity to create or fabricate, quality and perfection is his forte’.

Ben and Chelsi have combined their talents and abilities to achieve the success they have today with their business. Ben designs his own cut files for the CNC table, stays up to date on all the latest software, and does the welding and assembly prior to it heading to the finishing department.
