SHIPPING AND TURNAROUND

In stock ready to ship items are shipped via USPS or UPS within 3 business days. Custom items may take up to 12 weeks to ship, exact ETA will be provided at your order placement. Please contact us for details regarding custom turnaround times.

REFUNDS

Refunds are accepted for ready to ship in stock items within 5 days. Refunds after 5 days will not be honored. A 25% restock fee will apply. You MUST contact us within 5 days of receiving your item.

There are NO refunds on deposits, there are no exceptions. If you cancel your order after placing your deposit, there will be no refund. While there are turn around times on custom orders, we order in the materials for your order right away to ensure availability.

To receive a refund on a stock item, it must be returned in new condition, with tags and cannot be dirty or damaged. They must be in original packaging and also shipped in the original shipping packaging to be eligible for a refund. If improperly packed leading to damage, dirty, damaged due to use, or otherwise not in new condition, the refund will be subject to further fees or possible refusal of return. Shipping fees will not be refunded and buyer is responsible for return shipping. We retain the right to refuse refunds.

Returns after 5 days are at our discretion and only for store credit. No monetary refunds will be issued.

Items damaged by shipping carrier during return shipping will not be refunded. Please make sure you insure your returns.
